IE. GPG

So what I did was email our list and tell them to create a gpg key, upload to LP, sign the CoC, install all of the necessary dev files, install debootstrap, and create a Hardy pbuilder environment before showing up :)  That will defnitely free up a couple of hours I had planned on doing just this.
