Please take the following as humorous (even if its not):
I do hope that you are not a computer programmer. Why? Well
i) I am not currently located in the Chicago area. Does this mean that ICSwill be holding a quickstart session or not?
ii) What if i pass through the Chicago area? does that mean that at some time a quickstart session will exist, but when I leave Chicago, it won’t, leading to the very modern physics conclusion that it can only happen on May 1, but the only time that it exists is that other-than-May 1 date when I’m in the Chicago area? Err, hmm, I’ve got a headache.
Somehow, this feels very like searching for elephants in Africa, of the longstanding joke.

I won’t be able to make it, but I hope the session goes well. It’s pretty cool that you’re doing that.

Is this seminar beginner friendly?? I just started school for programing and have had a logic/design class and 2 C++ classes. Is this going to be over my head??

@thepeon: It will be close. The seminar will cover beginner topics in Qt, however it will be given as though the people attending have a little bit of C++ knowledge. Where are you taking classes at? That almost sounds like a class schedule at COD.

@nixternal, at DeVry. I have actually graduated from COD with a Fire Science degree. I wasn’t able to make it anyways. Maybe next time.
