A night at the museum

10 11 2008

During our company meeting today at Cleversafe, I was informed that a client, Museum TV, went live with our products. After taking a look at the website this evening, I noticed right up top on their website the “Powered by Cleversafe” image. That totally rocks! Congratulations to everyone at Cleversafe for kickin’ some arse and takin’ some names. Open Source rocks! Or as Jorge would say, “AWESOME!

With that said, we are looking at rolling out some open source goodness in the next few months. My buddies John and Wesley are working on getting the Cleversafe Open Source stuff up and rocking and starting a community of our own. I look forward to lending those guys a hand as they go forward!

On another front, tomorrow morning I will be heading to Michigan for Veteran’s day to do a little hanging out and then head on over to do a presentation on Kubuntu and KDE for the Michigan User’s Group. So if you are around the Ann Arbor area, or wherever the heck it is, stop on by the library and say hello! Lots of open source goodness tomorrow night I hear.

Congrats!
I checked out your websites and I see a problem - you’ve got three great-looking buttons for “Build-a-Network”, “Replication vs. Dispersal”, and “At the Whiteboard”. However, only the text in those buttons is clickable! People like very much to click on pretty images (I’m no exception) and you’ve got them, but they do nothing when clicked.

Cheers, and best of luck!
